How do I reserve a car storage unit?

Click the “Rent Now” button in the upper right corner of our website or down below. Select your unit, and you will be directed to our member portal to create an account.

What information do I need to set up my account?

To complete your account setup, please upload the following:

Driver’s license
Vehicle registration
License plate number
Insurance information

Important: All documents must be uploaded in JPEG or PNG format. PDF files are not accepted by our system.

How will I know my car storage rental is approved?

You will receive an email confirming your lease has been approved. A second email will follow with a link to download the Unifi app, which you will use for accessing your unit.

When will I have access to my car storage unit?

Once your Unifi app is set up, you can access your unit using:

Your personal PIN
Your license plate
Optional facial recognition

Please note: Our offices are closed on weekends. Rentals completed on Saturday or Sunday will receive access codes on Monday morning.

How long can I reserve a car storage unit?

Car storage units may be reserved up to two days in advance. Due to high demand, reservations cannot be held longer than two days.
